Le Manoir St. Pierre Inc. located in St.Pierre-Jolys in a non-profit housing complex consisting of 60 suites. The complex serves the community of St.Pierre-Jolys and surrounding area.

Le Manoir St. Pierre Inc. is seeking a candidate to fill the following position:

 

Office Administrator

 

About the role:

  • 15-20 hours per week
  • Flexible hours

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluency in both official languages would be an asset (French and English)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with seniors

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly financial reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll
  • Preparation and submission of monthly government reports
  • Attend monthly board meetings and prepare meeting minutes

 

Starting date: ASAP
