The R.M. of De Salaberry invites applications for a permanent full-time Accounting/ Payroll Clerk.
Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be involved in the day-to-day operations of a municipal office including, but not limited to:
- Calculating and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Customer service and answering phones;
- Preparation of remittances and reports, as required;
- Bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll entry;
- Managing the T.I.P.P. program.
Ideal Candidate:
Fluency in both French and English, written and oral, is considered an asset. Preference will be given to candidates with a college or university education in accounting and administration.
