Perks, Benefits:

– This position is eligible for the IJC group benefits package, if after probation, the employee works consistently 60 hours or more bi-weekly

– $14.45 per hour

 

Perfect Candidate:

Ability to make independent decisions within the general framework of program policies

– Grade 10 English level skills including: interpersonal, oral, and written communication

– Basic computer skills

– Class 5 driver’s license and driver’s abstract

– Complete a criminal record check, with a vulnerable sector check and an adult abuse registry check

– First Aid/ CPR is a requirement and offered by IJC/ El’dad Ranch upon hiring

 

Responsibilities:

Building a positive relationship with program participants

– Planning and implementing activities with participants

– Supporting participants in developing their life skills and achieving personal goals

– Completing all required written documentation with accuracy, objectivity and in a timely fashion
