for profit, religious organization serving the\r\ncommunity of St-Pierre-Jolys and surrounding communities.\r\n\r\nYour main responsibilities will be to maintain the proper functioning of\r\nthe parish office for daily tasks, including publication of the weekly bulletin, and keeping of\r\nparish records.\r\n\r\n<strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>\r\n\r\nOn a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:\r\n\r\nGeneral\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Welcoming people who come to the office<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Respond to telephone, emails, or in-person communications and provide\r\nrequested information<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Receive donations or offerings brought to the office<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Receive deliveries<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Write letters, minutes, and forms as needed<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Update the list of parishioners and volunteers<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Receive and distribute mail<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure the maintenance of office equipment including photocopier, computers,\r\nand printers<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nOffice\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Place order for the office and parish including stationery, books, envelopes,\r\nhosts, candles, etc.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Classify correspondence and documents and ensure the organization of archives<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Keep a register o keys for the church<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Make entries and manage the register of masses and files for sacraments and\r\nfunerals<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Take care of preparations for baptisms, wedding, and funeral celebrations<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Preparation and distribution of the parish bulletin<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare schedules for events, liturgical celebrations, and confessions<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare and provide baptism and marriage certificates according to the\r\nobligations and requests<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare and distribute documents to be delivered internally and externally<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare for the meetings of the deanery<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Take part, as needed, in meetings organized by the parish, the deanery, or the\r\ndiocese<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nFinance\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Process accounts payable and receivable including salaries and rents<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Account for all income and expenses using Quickbooks software<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Reconcile bank accounts monthly<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare a monthly financial report to be presented at Economic Affairs Council\r\nmeetings<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare tax receipts for donors<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare annual reports for the diocese and for parishioners<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare and submit any report required by the government including T4, T4A,\r\nand T3010<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare, in collaboration with the Economic Affairs Council, the annual financial\r\nbudget<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nTo achieve this, you will be working independently under the instruction and guidance of\r\nthe pastor, as well as the Economic Affairs Council.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>Requirements and Qualifications: <\/strong>\r\n\r\nWork is done primarily at the parish office in St-\r\nPierre-Jolys. The hours of work will be specified according to an agreement between the\r\npastor and the Economic Affairs Council; provisionally, the office is open Monday,\r\nWednesday, and Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm. Responsibilities: \u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\n- Prepare and cook meals according to menu and daily requirements\r\n\r\n- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are met\r\n\r\n- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment\r\n\r\n- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures\r\n\r\n- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as
